Meet Andrew
Andrew is the Accredited Exercise Physiologist behind Better Motion.
With experience in clinical and gym settings Andrew has worked with individuals across all walks of life, from children with injuries/disabilities and athletes wanting to developing their skills to the elderly with chronic health conditions and everything in between. Andrew also has experience working within multiple government and insurance schemes, assisting individuals with lifestyle change and returning to work.
Andrew has found it all too common that individuals have not been provided with the assessment, education, advice and guidance to understand and manage their body, injuries and their health. Andrew's vision is to unlock Better Motion in individuals through tailored exercise, education and guidance so they are able to take control of their health and reach their goals.
